Sales Consultant - Wellington

A couple of exciting opportunities have become available at our Porirua branch for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about sales and your own development then we want to hear from you.
This challenging and rewarding role will be responsible for the following:
- Exceeding the minimum monthly sales target
- Looking after all customer sales enquiries
- Generating and qualify leads
- Prospecting daily for new opportunities
- Responding to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Developing and presenting company products and services to current and potential clients
- Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Maintaining sales activity records and reports
- Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Strong sales background or previous experience in a similar role
- Driven to exceed sales targets
- Strong work ethic, target oriented and a great sales closer
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good negotiation skills and be innovative and persuasive
- Good networking skills as the role deals with a wide variety of customers and client companies
- Outgoing, energetic and confident
- Self motivated
- Love a challenge
- Ability to learn quickly

Automotive experience is not required as we will provide all necessary training.
This busy and varied front line role includes:
- Consistently using your energy, personality and our high standards to greet and liaise with customers ensuring that all their needs are met and wherever possible exceeded
- Working proactively with the rest of the team to achieve excellent results in what can be a demanding environment
- Ascertaining and advising customers of their vehicle’s servicing requirements
- Accurately taking service bookings
- Invoicing and other administration

Vehicle Groomer
Rutherford and Bond Toyota have a fantastic opportunity in our Porirua Service Department for a Vehicle Groomer.
Experience is a plus, but more important is the willingness to learn as full training will be provided.
Are you reliable, honest and hardworking?
Would you enjoy a role providing excellent customer service and making the most of your people skills?
Would you like to take responsibility for the exceptional presentation and security of our vehicles?
This is a full time position. You will have a clean full driver's licence.
